We are currently looking for the following:
Technical Support Specialist (Full Time Position)
The position of the technical support specialist will be responsible for overall support of the i-circ® self-checkout kiosks. This position is also responsible to include the following:
Specific Responsibilities:
Perform 1st-2nd level support: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues to self-checkout units using remote management tools. Assure kiosk performance and functionality to meet customer satisfaction.
Software Upgrades: Arrange and perform remote and/or on-site software upgrades to kiosks using desktop remote tools.
Kiosk set-up and configuration: Perform software imaging and software/hardware configuration set-up for new kiosk orders.
In-house testing: Perform on-going software testing and debugging of current and beta versions of software applications using mock-up units configured for specific needs or requirements. Report and advise software developer with results and/or recommendations.
Experience required:
1-3 years PC support experience in a LAN/WAN based environment.
Administrative Assistant (Part Time Position - 15-30hrs per week)
The position of the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office duties.
Specific Responsibilities: Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, invoicing, and faxing. Software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills, general accounting procedures -payable/receivable/payroll/invoicing/billing, purchase orders, inventory, computer data entry, and filing.
Experience required:
1 or more years of office secretary, or related, work experience.
